Upward Basketball and Cheerleading 2025

Upward Basketball League for 2025 will be coed for ages K4-12th grade. The Cheerleading will be for girls K4-5th grade.

Coaches are needed and will receive a $75 discount on one child's registration. Coaches will be approved by Lou.

Basketball shorts and Cheer turtleneck are optional and available for additional fee.

There will not be an evaluation, and the first practice/game will be Saturday Jan 11, 2025.

All practices and games will be on Saturdays, and times will rotate through all the age divisions. Each age division will have a total of 90 minutes.

Practices will be 40 minutes, then games for 40 minutes, then Devotional and Coach post-game wrap up for 10 minutes.

We will have a concession area, but volunteer workers are needed. There will be a sign-up genius available once registration closes.
